отличие от <hi rendition="#rend_italic">wæjlag</hi> (<hi rendition="#rend_italic">nimæt</hi>) „верхний (войлок)“, т. е. ‘бурка’]. В иронском
|
|||
|
всякий войлок зовется <ref type="xr" target="#entry_nymæt"/>, в дигорском
|
|||
|
<hi rendition="#rend_italic">nimæt</hi> может относиться только к бурке. См. <ref type="xr" target="#entry_byn"/> ‘низ’ и <ref type="xr" target="#entry_binag"/>
|
|||
|
‘нижний’.</etym>

<etym xml:lang="en">It is in fact “lower” (<hi rendition="#rend_italic">nimæt</hi> ‘felt’ is understood, as

|||
|
opposed to <hi rendition="#rend_italic">wæjlag</hi> (<hi rendition="#rend_italic">nimæt</hi>) “top (felt)”, i.e. ‘felt cloak’]. Any felt is
|
|||
|
called <ref type="xr" target="#entry_nymæt"/> in Iron, in Digor <hi rendition="#rend_italic">nimæt</hi> may
|
|||
|
refer only to a felt cloak. See <ref type="xr" target="#entry_byn"/> ‘bottom’
|
|||
|
and <ref type="xr" target="#entry_binag"/> ‘lower’.</etym>
