сложении иронский сохранил <hi rendition="#rend_italic">ǧ</hi> (без перехода в <hi rendition="#rend_italic">q</hi>), как в <hi rendition="#rend_italic">wær-ǧ˳yn</hi> (ср.
<ref type="xr" target="#entry_q0yn"/> ‘шерсть’) и др.</etym>
<etym xml:lang="en">A composite word with an “inversion”, instead of <hi rendition="#rend_italic">ǧæd-ḱyr</hi>
„wooden box“; see <ref type="xr" target="#entry_qæd_1"/> and <ref type="xr" target="#entry_kiræ"/>, Iron <ref type="xr" target="#entry_ḱyryn"/>. While
making a composite, Iron preserved <hi rendition="#rend_italic">ǧ</hi> (without changing into <hi rendition="#rend_italic">q</hi>), as in
<hi rendition="#rend_italic">wær-ǧ˳yn</hi> (cf. <ref type="xr" target="#entry_q0yn"/> ‘wool’) etc.</etym>
