III, Bd. IV, стр.363), cang бок, cāng крыло, cangal рука от локтя до запястья (17) и др. Из персидского — čʼangi коготь. cong по значению отходит от персидского и не может рассматриваться как усвоенное из последнего. Как оригинальное оно возводится к *čanga, наличному в pəsō-čingha- с раздвинутыми когтями ( čingh из *čanga-, ср. 897.— J. Duchesne-GuilleminIX 861). В конечном счете слово заключает, вероятно, корень kan- ‘копать’. Форма с начальным k налицо в персидском: kang рука, крыло, ветвь. The word is widespread in new Iranian languages: čang paw, claws, hand with bent fingers, — čangāl, čeng arm, wing (), čäñgil shoulder (Abt. III, Bd. IV, p.363), cang side, cāng wing, cangal arm from elbow to wrist (17) etc. From Persian — čʼangi claw. cong in its meaning moves away from Persian and cannot be considered as a Persian borrowing. Like the original one, it traces back to *čanga which is found in pəsō-čingha- with spread claws ( čingh comes from *čanga-, cf. 897.— J. Duchesne-GuilleminIX 861). In the final count, the word probably contains the root kan- ‘dig’. The form with initial k is found in Persian: kang hand, wing, branch.
