In the first part, xal thread (with vowel lenition: § 207₁). The second part (warur) can perhaps be compared to ar- in ἀράχνη spider and implies the meaning to braid, weave (xæl-waræg thread-weaver). Perhaps also relevant is arəθna- name of some daeva creature. The alternation ar-war- is like in ‖ find.
