проглоченные вместе со всяким мусором камни; отсюда будто бы название

<etym xml:lang="en">According to the explanation of my Digor informant, it is “stone
repository” (<hi rendition="#rend_italic">dor</hi> stone [see <ref type="xr" target="#entry_dūr"/>] + suffix
<hi rendition="#rend_italic">donæ</hi> [see <ref type="xr" target="#entry_-don"/>]). Stones swallowed with
other trash are found in domestic fowls' goiters; this is where the name
<hi rendition="#rend_italic">dor-donæ</hi> comes from. It is more likely to be a folk understanding of a
