иронскую форму, то такая этимология была бы допустимой. Но д. <oRef xml:lang="os-x-digor">xwæræn</oRef> подсказывает, что мы имеем дело c производным от <ref type="xr" target="#entry_xæryn_1"><w xml:lang="os-x-iron">xæryn</w><w xml:lang="os-x-digor">xwærun</w>

considered, such an etymology could have been acceptable. But Digor <oRef xml:lang="os-x-digor">xwæræn</oRef> suggests that we are dealing with a derivate of <ref type="xr" target="#entry_xæryn_1"><w xml:lang="os-x-iron">xæryn</w><w xml:lang="os-x-digor">xwærun</w>
