prothetic, as in a number of other cases: <ref type="xr" target="#entry_xom"/>, <ref type="xr" target="#entry_xal_1"/>, <ref type="xr" target="#entry_xyzyn"/>, <ref type="xr" target="#entry_xubeʒæstæ"/> etc. In this case, <mentioned xml:lang="ira"><w type="rec">icæ</w></mentioned> is regularly traced back to <mentioned xml:lang="ira"><w type="rec">išti</w></mentioned>, like, say, <ref type="xr" target="#entry_arc"><w>arcæ</w>
