стало быть специфическое для древнеиндийского явление, с которым нельзя связывать
начальный <c>s-</c> в <lang>ос.</lang>

<w>soṣana-</w><?oxy_comment_end ?>) is the result of assimilation of the next syllable
with <c></c>, therefore, it is a specific phenomenon for Old Indic, with which it is
impossible to associate the initial <c>s-</c> in <lang>Ossetic</lang>

<w>šə-śhe-śʼən</w>

The consonance is accidental: there are no traces of Circassian influence in the Ossetian
