является значение <q>толкователь</q>, <q>интерпретатор</q>: толкователь обычного права или

ценные люди, эти <q rendition="#rend_doublequotes">интеллектуалы</q> получали от
правителей разные привилегии и прежде всего освобождались от налогов и повинностей. В
