<hi rendition="#rend_italic">ivar</hi> восстановить значение „лишение права“, откуда — ‘запрет’, ‘штраф’. См.

the prefix <hi rendition="#rend_italic">vi-</hi> is the deprivation or the absence of something, e.g.,
