nowhere. Eventually the meaning where was taken by <ref type="xr" target="#entry_kæm"/> | <hi rendition="#rend_italic">kæmi</hi> (Old Iranian <hi rendition="#rend_italic">kahmi</hi>), and <hi rendition="#rend_italic">k˳y</hi> |
