||
<w>haimana-</w></mentioned>

||
<gloss><q>winter (adj.)</q></gloss></mentioned>. The formant <m>-on</m> is usually

||
adjectival. But Iron <oRef>zymægon</oRef> means not only <q>winter (adj.)</q>, but also
|
||
<q>in winter</q> (see above). With such an adverbial function, <m>-on</m> appears in
|
||
several more temporal adverbs: <ref type="xr" target="#entry_znon"><w>znon</w>

||
