stick</q></gloss> or something like that. One might also think about a blend of <ref type="xr" target="#entry_mīx"/> with <mentioned xml:lang="ka"><lang/>
<w>sari</w>
<gloss><q>stake</q></gloss></mentioned>, but in this case <c>-t-</c> remains
unexplained.</etym>
