молнией исполнялся особый обряд в честь Уацилла (<bibl><ref type="bibl" target="#ref_ИЭС_I"/> <biblScope>314—315</biblScope></bibl>: <ref type="xr" target="#entry_coppaj"><w>coppaj</w></ref>). — В нартовских сказаниях отмечены случаи
употребления имени этого божества во множественном числе (см. ниже)</def>

Along with <ref type="xr" target="#entry_Wastyrǵi"><w>Wastyǵi</w></ref>, <ref type="xr" target="#entry_Fælværa"><w>Fælværa</w></ref>, <ref type="xr" target="#entry_Tūtyr"><w>Tutyr</w></ref>, <ref type="xr" target="#entry_Alardy"><w>Alardy</w></ref> he was one of the more popular <q rend="#rend_doublequotes">dzwars</q> (guardian spirits), and there were a number of
sanctuaries built in his name. The most famous one is located in the Tbaw region in the
Tagaur gorge; this is where the name of Tbaw-Wacilla comes from. Wacilla was celebrated
in June and was accompanied by ritual sacrificies. Most often a goat would be sacrificed
(see <bibl><author>Ws. Miller</author>. <ref type="bibl" target="#src_ОЭ"/> <biblScope>II
