пр., наличного в <ref type="xr" target="#entry_ævdærzyn"/> | <hi rendition="#rend_italic">ævdirzun</hi>
‘раздражать’, ‘натирать кожу’. Стало быть, <hi rendition="#rend_italic">dærzæg</hi> означает собственно „то,
что причиняет боль, царапает, раздражает, натирает“. Многочисленные соответствия
имеются в славянских языках. Помимо приведенных под словом <ref type="xr" target="#entry_ævdærzyn"/> ср. еще <mentioned corresp="#mentioned_d829e223" xml:id="mentioned_d829e184" xml:lang="ru"><lang/>

<etym xml:lang="en">A lexicalized participle of the verb *<hi rendition="#rend_italic">darz</hi>- irritate etc.,
which is found in <ref type="xr" target="#entry_ævdærzyn"/> | <hi rendition="#rend_italic">ævdirzun</hi>
irritate, rub skin. Therefore, <hi rendition="#rend_italic">dærzæg</hi> means in fact “something that
hurts, scratches, irritates, rubs”. Numerous correspondences are found in Slavic
